01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the 77pinas online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered through 77pinas.one (the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on 77pinas, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;

03 Account Registration

To access the full features of the 77pinas Platform, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 77pinas. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77pinas login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. 77pinas will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 77pinas immediately via the customer support channels available on the Platform.
• Account Verification (KYC): 77pinas may require you to complete identity verification procedures ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

04 Deposits & Payments

77pinas accepts deposits exclusively through approved Philippine payment methods. The following terms apply to all deposits made on the Platform:

• Approved Payment Methods: Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks.
• Prohibited Payment Methods: 77pinas strictly does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset) or credit card deposits for gambling purposes, in compliance with Philippine payment regulations.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion or payment method.
• Currency: All transactions on the 77pinas Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate, and any associated conversion fees are your responsibility.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits are generally credited to your 77pinas account in real time or within a short processing window, depending on the payment method used. 77pinas is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited.
• No Refunds on Deposits: Once a deposit has been credited to your 77pinas account and used for gaming, it cannot be refunded. Unused deposit balances may be withdrawn subject to the withdrawal terms in Section 5.

05 Withdrawals

The following terms govern all withdrawal requests made by players on the 77pinas Platform:

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500, unless otherwise stated. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Verification Requirement: 77pinas reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of identity and payment verification.

• Withholding of Withdrawals: 77pinas reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or pending investigation.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

77pinas offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. Live dealer games, table games, and certain specialty games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.

• Right to Modify or Withdraw: 77pinas reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred by players in good faith.

07 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the 77pinas Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general principles apply across all games:

• Random Number Generation: All 77pinas games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are regularly tested and audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of results.
• Return to Player (RTP): Each game has a published theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the expected long-term payout rate. RTP figures are theoretical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;

• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 77pinas staff;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.

09 Responsible Gaming

77pinas is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide the following tools and resources to help players stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider;
• Discovery that the player is under 21 years of age;
• Discovery that the player is subject to a self-exclusion order or is a prohibited person;
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful to other players or 77pinas staff.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, 77pinas reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and associated winnings. Where account closure is initiated by 77pinas for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting 77pinas customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 77pinas Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform ("Content"), is the exclusive property of 77pinas or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

12 Limitation of Liability

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service;

• Any technical malfunctions, server failures, or connectivity issues beyond 77pinas's reasonable control.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 77pinas does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 77pinas Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

15 Amendments to These Terms
